2. Estimate Disclaimer

Preliminary estimates are based on information provided by the client and general industry knowledge. Actual costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, scope changes, and other factors discovered during the on-site inspection.

3. Website Use

• Final payment is due upon project completion and client sign-off.
• Overdue invoices may be subject to interest charges in accordance with applicable law.

6. Warranty

Reeko Exteriors provides workmanship warranties on all completed projects. Specific warranty terms are outlined in the written Service Agreement and may vary by project type and materials used. Warranties are subject to the following conditions:

• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
• Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reeko Exteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Reeko Exteriors or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Photography & Portfolio Rights
